Orange Chicken

This isn’t exactly an orange chicken. It has a tiny hint of orange, but this was still good. Just don’t expect major orange flavor and you’ll see why when you get to the ingredients.

This is one of those 5-10 min prep and throw it in the oven and you’re done until it’s time to assemble side dishes. You can make it as easy as salad for your side dish, or add sautéed veggies and rice. Regardless, it’s delicious and easy and relatively kid friendly. 😉

1 packet Dry Onion Soup Mix
1 cup Apricot Preserves
1 cup Catalina Salad Dressing
6 Chicken Breasts

Preheat oven to 350*F
Combine the onion soup mix, apricot preserves, and the Catalina dressing.
Pour into a 9×13 baking dish .
Add the chicken and make sure all sides of the chicken are covered with the sauce.
Bake uncover for 45-60 minutes depending on thickness of chicken.
