Turkey Roll-Ups

The other Sunday we had Hoagies for dinner. Who doesn’t love sandwiches?! But with the Hoagies came the bread itself so I had to come up with some way to still enjoy our dinner sandwich style. I thought about doing a lettuce wrap but I’m not really a fan of those and didn’t have the right kind of lettuce. So I decided to do a Turkey Roll-Up or more like a fold over. All of the best ingredients sans the bread! If you’re doing Whole30 or thinking about it, YOU GOT THIS!! I just takes a shift in your thinking. Get creative!!

Ingredients
Turkey
Salami
Tomato
Spinach
Guacamole

Directions
Lay out your turkey slice, lay the salami on top.
Next lay down some spinach, then half a slice of tomato then a dallup or guacamole on top.
If your turkey slice is long enough, fold it over to cover the ‘insides’.
Each with a knife and fork.
