White Chocolate Chip & Craisin Cookies

This is definitely not a Whole30 recipe ;), but I couldn’t put this recipe off. These cookies were soooooo delicious and I think about them often which is kind of a bad thing. But who doesn’t love cookies? I don’t think I know anyone who doesn’t. Little Man only likes Oatmeal Cookies. But Sweet Pea, so when to town on these cookies.

I had never heard of Craisin cookies until someone we invited over for dinner brought them for dessert. They were delicious and so I thought I’d give them a try. It’s so easy! If you already have a go to chocolate chip cookie recipe, then just use that one as the base and use white chocolate chips and craisins instead of regular chocolate chips. If you don’t have a go to recipe, see below! I couldn’t stop eating them!! Everyone one that ate them when I took them to church loved them!!

Ingredients
2 cups + 2 tbsp Flour
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
12 tbsp Butter, melted and cooled until warm
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 cup White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Craisins
(or 1 cup Chocolate Chips)

Directions
Preheat oven to 325*F.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
In the bowl of your stand mixer, beat together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until well blended.
Add the egg, yolk, and vanilla and mix well.
Mix in the dry ingredients until combined.
Gently stir in the chocolate chips and craisins.
The dough will be soft.
Gently scoop dough into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes based on desired crunch 😉
