Slow Cooker Chili

I love me some chili! I love eating chili alone or with a baked potato and salad. I love eating chili for dinner and for left overs. My favorite chili though, is my dad’s chili. His recipe has evolved over the years, but the most current recipe is one all of us kids love! The best part is, we finally got him to write it down and now we won’t ever loose it because it will be here!!

This chili is delicious when made, but it’s even better as left overs and freezes very well! So grab your slow cooker, your favorite side dishes, and some friends and enjoy this great family recipe!

Ingredients
4 lbs Ground Beef, cooked and drained
32 oz Beef Broth
3 cans 6oz Tomato Paste

1 tsp ground Coriander
1 tsp Salt
2 cans Petite Diced Tomatoes
1 large Onion, chopped
2 Peppers, diced (any color)
1 can Jalepenos

Directions
Mix together and cook on HIGH for 4-6 hours.
