Meatballs

Meatballs are so yummy! You can use them on so many things. You can have the normal spaghetti and meatballs and meatballs subs. You have just meatballs and salad. The options are endless when it comes to meatballs. At least in my opinion.

The other night the missionaries didn’t have a meal night so we volunteered. I always have spaghetti and frozen veggies on hand, but I wanted something more. I like to make sure that we have some kind of protein at every meal. So I made meatballs. It was super fast and easy to make and they were melt in your mouth delicious!! I hope you like them as much as we do!

Make a double batch of meatballs and throw the second half in the freezer for another day!

Ingredients
1 lb Beef (we use Elk)
1/2 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Pepper
a few dashes Onion Powder OR small Onion
1 egg

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400*
Mix all the ingredients together and shape into balls.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

For Spaghetti & Meatballs
Let cool for about 10-15 minutes.
Add to the pot of marinara and let simmer on low until spaghetti is read.
