We seriously love breakfast around here. Can you tell?! In fact, whenever we have plans fall through or a messed up dinner, breakfast saves the day! There are so many different variation to French Toast but I thought that I’d share with you our version.
8 slices of Bread
1-2 tsp Vanilla
Cinnamon, a few dashes
Warm a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick spray.
Crack the eggs in a flat bottomed container.
Add vanilla and cinnamon to eggs and scramble.
Place both sides of the bread in the egg and let excess egg run off.
Place egged bread on skillet and let cook till brown and flip.
Let brown on other side.
Repeat until all bread is cooked.
We like butter and syrup on ours but the topping options are endless!
