Mini Pizzas

We live about 20 minutes outside of town so delivery isn’t an option for us unless I call The Hubs before he leaves work. So the other night I messed up what I had planned for dinner and so I looked in the freeze at what I had. I found a gallon sized bag full of frozen dough. An idea popped into my head. I found marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, and garlic bread sprinkles and went to work.

If you don’t have frozen dough, you can use the Lion House Dough recipe and then freeze the left over for next time!

IngredientsĀ
Frozen Dough
Marinara
Mozzarella, shredded
Pepperoni
Garlic Bread Sprinkles
Your Favorite Toppings

Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Give the dough about an hour to thaw.
Once thawed, roll out into small personal sized pizzas.
Top with marinara, cheese, pepperoni, and your other favorite toppings.
Bake in oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Enjoy!

Note: This would be a great date night idea or a fun family dinner and let the kids help!
