Chicken Taco Soup

This soup is basically a dump, stir occasionally, and serve. It was perfect for dinner the other night. It had been a day where the kids were loud and busy bodies and I was fried. I dumped everything in the pot and before I knew it dinner was ready. Easy clean up too!! What more could I ask for?! I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

2 cups of shredded Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Meat
1 (320z) box of Chicken Broth
1 can Corn, drained
3 tbsp Lime Juice
1 can Diced Tomatoes
1 can Diced Tomatoes & Chilies
1 can Black Beans
2-3 heaping spoons of Tomato Paste
2 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Garlic Powder
Onion Powder, several dashes

Dump everything in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
Top with cheese, sour cream, and serve with chips.

Note: I would do 4 cups of Chicken or more. We didn’t think there was enough chicken in there.
