This frosting is soooo yummy. I had the hardest time not eating it. One little taste to make sure it tasted good and I was caught! Hook, line, and sinker! Use this frosting for topping sugar cookies or sandwich between graham crackers for another dessert!

3 cups Powdered Sugar
1/3 cup Butter, softened
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2-3 tbsp Milk
In a stand mixer bowl, mix together powdered sugar and butter on low speed.
While the mixer is on low, add vanilla and 1 tbsp of milk at a time.
Keep adding milk until desired consistency.
Note: Original recipe said it generally frosts 9×13 cake or frosts and fill 8-9″ two layer cake and I disagree. Of course I’m one who would rather have too much then not enough. I suggest DOUBLING the batch.
