Who doesn’t like homemade waffles?! I have never made waffles any other way and homemade is the best. Instead of buying freezer waffles, just make a batch or two of these and pop them in the freezer for later.

2 Egg Whites, meringue
2 cups Flour
2 cups Milk (depending on the flour)
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup Oil
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt

Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix in the milk and oil until well blended.
Fold in egg white meringue.
Pour into waffle iron.
Makes about 7 waffles depending on how much you scoop into the waffle iron.
