Omelets are super easy to make. I didn’t realize how easy they were until I made them and then spent a week making omelets for breakfast!

They are great a low calorie breakfast and super filling too. I’m excited to make other variations of omelets!

2 Eggs
handful of Spinach
1/4 cup Green Pepper
1/8 cup Cheese

Mix together eggs, a little water, and S&P in a bowl or measuring cup.
Then add green peppers and stir together.
Pour in a greased frying pan and let sit till eggs appear foam-like.
Add the spinach and cheese to half of the egg and then fold the egg in half.
Let cook/brown for a few minutes and then flip and let cook for a few more minutes.

Omelets are so versatile so add whatever you want to them!!
