Navajo Tacos

Navajo Tacos, Indian Tacos, Fry Bread Tacos… Fair food ;)! Whatever you want to call these, they are amazing. A different and fun way to eat tacos. You can use this Lion House Roll recipe to make the dough. The dough recipe makes a lot so I will make a few rolls or scones or cinnamon rolls and then freeze the rest of the dough to use at a later date. For this particular dinner, I already had dough in the freezer so I just let it defrost on my counter!

This would be something fun to have as a buffet for a party or potluck even. Whatever occasion be it a family dinner or party, this way to eat tacos is bound to be a hit!
