I don’t feel like I can even write a post about fitness after the week I’ve had. Especially after the major endulging I did with Little Man’s birthday yesterday and continued partying this weekend. 😉
But I guess that’s just it.
Life happens. Birthdays happen. Slip-ups happen.
Am I going to give it all up and quit all the hard work I’ve put in? No! I’m going to wake up at 6am like I always do and get my workout done. I am going to get back on the nutrition bandwagon. I am going to keep working hard and smart and keep at my fitness journey!
