For the last 5 weeks I have been doing The Body Beast Workout from Beachbody (links below the video if interested). It’s an amazing workout and I love how much stronger I’m feeling every week! The only problem for me is that I miss the cardio. It’s most a weight based workout with on real day of cardio. After some weight days I feel like I need more of a workout. So I went searching through YouTube (my favorite place to find free workout videos), and I found this one from PopSugar Fitness!!!
I LOVE it!! It’s only 10 minutes long and you will be out of breath and sweating by the time you’re done. Give it a try and tell me what you think!!
