My number one worst habit is cracking my knuckles. I do it out of stress, anxiety, boredom… I wish I didn’t do it as often as I do, but I can’t seem to share it.
I also am an emotional eater. When I’m sad, frustrated, upset… I like to eat dark chocolate. I feel like I deserve it after a rough day. The worse the day, the more I eat. I am working on it though. It could be worse, but as long as I’m conscious of it and keep working at it, that’s all that matters.
I think those are my two worst habits. I have other habits that aren’t the worst but they aren’t good habits either. But habits are habits and as long as your loved ones don’t mind them…. Let them be!
