There have been many times in my life when I haven’t been able to make it to the gym or even get outside to run. For example: studying for finals, traveling, moving, having a newborn, etc. I’m sure I’m not the only one who sometimes struggles to find time to exercise!
However, during these busy, crazy times, you can still get in a good workout with NO equipment! I love body weight exercises because you can do them almost anywhere at any time. Below are some exercises that you can pick and choose from and choose how many reps and sets you want to do. I like to do 30-45 seconds of an exercise, rest for 15 seconds and then repeat.
Here are a few of my favorites moves separated into abs/core, lower body, upper body, and full body.
Standing single leg lift
Upper body exercises:
