Body Weight Moves You Can Do Anywhere

I am so excited to introduce Jen to you from Jam Tart Boutique! I met her on Instagram and she is awesome!! She graduated from BYU in Exercise Science and offered to show us a few exercise moves that we can do anywhere with just our own body weight! There have been many times in my life when I haven’t been able to make it to the gym or even get outside to run. For example: studying for finals, traveling, moving, having a newborn, etc. I’m sure I’m not the only one who sometimes struggles to find time to exercise!

However, during these busy, crazy times, you can still get in a good workout with NO equipment! I love body weight exercises because you can do them almost anywhere at any time. Below are some exercises that you can pick and choose from and choose how many reps and sets you want to do. I like to do 30-45 seconds of an exercise, rest for 15 seconds and then repeat.

Here are a few of my favorites moves separated into abs/core, lower body, upper body, and full body.

Ab and core exercises:
Bicycle crunches
